Richess Management is a boutique asset management firm that, guided by the investment objectives of domestic and international investors, offers investment solutions across a broad range of asset classes. We employ a wide spectrum of investment strategies, from opportunistic to core, and provide and manage products designed to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

Our core business involves overseeing luxury hotels on an integrated basis, from planning and development through ongoing post-opening management, while building structures that enable investors, local communities, and operators to jointly enjoy long-term value. We focus on creating unparalleled “experiential value” by blending the unique natural beauty, culture, traditions, cuisine, and people found throughout Japan with international hospitality standards. Furthermore, through community-rooted hotel development, we aim to contribute to regional economic growth by creating jobs, collaborating with local industries, and preserving cultural heritage. Each project is managed by highly specialized staff with practical experience in real estate, construction, and finance, ensuring the establishment of appropriate investment structures that comply with laws, regulations, and tax accounting systems.
